Ultra-low torque and high-speed adaptability  Utilizing precious metal brush bristles (gold-palladium alloy) and a low-friction coated ring, the torque is ≤0.02 N·m, avoiding impact on the robot's joint motion accuracy; supporting a speed of 10,000 rpm, it is suitable for high-speed sorting and high-speed welding robots, ensuring smooth and unimpeded rotation.

High integration and multi-channel hybrid transmission  A slip ring can integrate 2- hundreds channels, simultaneously transmitting power, servo signals, industrial bus, high-definition video, and sensor data. It supports industrial protocols such as EtherCAT, Modbus, and SERCOS, adapting to the digital control requirements of Industry production lines; some models integrate fiber optic channels for high-speed data transmission with bandwidth up to 10Gbps.

Precise control and anti-interference  The stable dynamic contact resistance, and the signal transmission delay is ≤1μs, ensuring the robot joints have high motion accuracy. It adopts a double-layer shielding and differential signal transmission design to resist electromagnetic interference from frequency converters and motors in industrial sites. Maintenance-free and long lifespan  Utilizing a self-lubricating contact structure, no lubricating oil is required, ensuring a maintenance-free cycle of ≥50 million rotations, suitable for 24/7 continuous robot operation; some models feature a brushless slip ring design, completely eliminating wear and extending lifespan to over 100 million cycles, reducing production line maintenance costs.

Flexible and customizable structure  Offers various structures including through-hole type (3~980mm diameter), disc type, and miniature (5mm diameter), adaptable to different installation positions such as robot joints, rotating platforms, and gimbals; can be customized according to robot load, number of channels, and protection level, covering IP54~IP68, suitable for food-grade, explosion-proof, and underwater applications.
